The products are sold new. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force in shops. If a condition is missing, it will be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the sales sector. ALFA DESCOMPTE reserves the right to adapt or modify the present general sales conditions at any time. In case of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 1 - Ordering
The customer places his order according to the process in force on the site and confirms the detailed summary of the order.
When placing the first order and/or registering, the customer must enter his or her surname, first name, e-mail address and password.
The password is strictly personal.
On each visit, when accessing personal data or placing an order, the customer will have been identified beforehand by his login and password, it being specified that the latter is not used to make a payment.
The information recorded by the ALFA DESCOMPTE system is considered as proof of the transactions concluded between ALFA DESCOMPTE and its customers.
The contractual information is presented in the Catalan language and will be confirmed by means of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery.
ALFA DESCOMPTE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
ALFA DESCOMPTE acknowledges receipt of the order to the customer by displaying the order number and by sending an e-mail with this information.
The customer's order will only be considered accepted after it has been validated by ALFA DESCOMPTE.
Some orders may be subject to additional requests to the customer. In this case, the customer is informed by e-mail of the supporting documents to be sent in order to obtain the final validation of his order.
ALFA DESCOMPTE reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of non-receipt of these supporting documents or receipt of documents deemed to be non-compliant.
The customer's order may be cancelled by ALFA DESCOMPTE in the event of lack of information necessary for delivery.
The customer will be informed by ALFA DESCOMPTE.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros including IGI.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
ALFA DESCOMPTE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.
These prices are applicable in the context of distance selling. They cannot, under any circumstances, be the subject of a request for application in shop (and vice versa), the conditions of sale, services and guarantees being different and therefore not comparable.
Delivery of our products is free of charge in the Principality of Andorra.
Promotional codes
They are offered on all communication media and at the various ALFA DESCOMPTE partners. Their use is subject to certain conditions:
- Promotional codes are only valid during the periods given in the communication materials and for the products and/or product categories expressly mentioned.
- In order to benefit from the discount linked to the codes, it is imperative to enter them in the box reserved for this purpose in the basket and before validating it.
- In case of omission, ALFA DESCOMPTE will not be able to cancel the order or renew it to take into account the promotion code.
Article 3 - Validation
The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing the order.
The validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 4 - Availability
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
Article 5 - Delivery
Products purchased on ALFA DESCOMPTE are only delivered in the Principality of Andorra.

ALFA DESCOMPTE cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery or sea crossing by proving that the poor execution of the order is not its fault.
The delivery time of the products is explicitly stated in the description of each product.
This period excludes weekends and public holidays, preparation time (2 to 3 working days) and depending on the quantities available.
Delivery is generally made within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is dispatched, except for :
- products available in shop (collection available within 1 hour after validation of the order)
- Microsoft software (instant cloud delivery)
- anti-virus and other software (delivery within 24 hours after validation of the order)
Customs and logistics operations can take up to three days longer.
ALFA DESCOMPTE cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, in particular cases of force majeure or the fault of the carrier, which would tend to delay or prevent the delivery of the products ordered, it being the responsibility of ALFA DESCOMPTE to prove that the poor execution of the order is not its fault.
"Temporary or permanent unavailability of products from our suppliers: In the event of permanent unavailability, we undertake to reimburse you for the missing items.
However, you may be offered replacement items of equivalent quality and price.
In case of temporary unavailability, we will inform you of the date when the product will be available again. You then have the option of maintaining your order with these new deadlines or cancelling it. In the latter case, we undertake to reimburse you for the missing items.
In the event of failure to comply with the deadline mentioned in the description, the customer may cancel the order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address

ALFA DESCOMPTE will only take the cancellation into account if the shipment or delivery has not taken place between the sending and the receipt of the said letter.
The customer undertakes, for himself or for the recipient of the order, to take delivery of the goods at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Upon delivery, the customer or recipient of the products must be able to prove his identity if requested.
In the event of delivery that does not conform to the order in quality or quantity, the customer must inform ALFA DESCOMPTE, indicating the order reference.
In this case, ALFA DESCOMPTE will either reship the product or reimburse it and will turn to the carrier concerned if necessary.
If the customer has accepted the product without reservation, the transfer of ownership has taken place and ALFA DESCOMPTE is then deemed to have fulfilled its obligations resulting from the sales contract in full, except in the event of a subsequent call on the legal guarantee.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment for purchases is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, other credit cards).
Article 7 - Security
The ALFA DESCOMPTE website is secured by the SSL encryption process.

Thanks to the SSL encryption process, the customer is automatically directed to the server of our banking partner. The transaction takes place in secure mode, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information provided. This SSL encryption guarantees that the banking references (credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are encrypted and do not pass through the network or even the ALFA DESCOMPTE site under any circumstances.
From the second transaction with ALFA DESCOMPTE, the customer may be asked to fill in only his cryptogram code in order to secure and simplify the transaction.

Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with the Andorran legislation in force and the standards applicable in the Principality of Andorra.
ALFA DESCOMPTE shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding or fire, it being the responsibility of ALFA DESCOMPTE to provide proof that the poor execution of the order is not its fault.
In the case of professional purchases, ALFA DESCOMPTE shall not be liable for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage or expenses that may arise from the purchase of the products.
The total or partial impossibility of using the products, notably due to hardware incompatibility, cannot give rise to any compensation or reimbursement or to any liability on the part of ALFA DESCOMPTE.
Article 11 - Provisions relating to the legal guarantee
ALFA DESCOMPTE shall remain liable for defects in the conformity of the goods with the contract, and under the conditions provided for, for hidden defects in the product sold under the conditions provided for.
It is recalled that in the context of the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act against the seller;
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee that may cover your goods. It is recalled that the consumer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold and that in this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price.
Article 12 - Reservations / Applicable law / Litigation / Protection

2 - Applicable law - Disputes
This contract is subject to Andorran law. The language of this contract is the Andorran language. For all questions and disputes to which the interpretation, application and execution of the contract between the parties may give rise, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Andorran Courts and Tribunals, with express reference to their own jurisdiction, if another exists.

Article 15 - Evidence
In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order shall be considered proof of the completeness of the said order and shall be considered proof of the sums involved in the selection of the items shown on the order form.
This validation is considered as a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site. The computerised registers, kept in ALFA DESCOMPTE's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
The archiving of order forms, order confirmations and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy.
