We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. You have 14 days to return your product. The total amount of your order will then be refunded to you by the method of payment used at the time of the order. The item must be returned in its original condition.

What happens once you have submitted your declaration?
Once we have received the product and processed your return, we will refund the amount due within five working days of receipt.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts referring to :
- The supply of digital content which is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express agreement of the consumer and the user in the knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
- The supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (such as hair removal products, hair straighteners, hair clippers, barbering products, dental care products, massagers, food processors, headsets or VR glasses).
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs which have been unsealed by the consumer and the user after delivery.
- The supply of digital content which is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express agreement of the consumer and the user in the knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
