We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. You have 14 days to return your product. The total amount of your order will then be refunded to you by the method of payment used at the time of ordering. The item must be returned in its original condition.

What happens once you have submitted your declaration?
Once we have received the product and processed your return, we will refund the amount due within five working days of receipt.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts referring to :
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the express prior agreement of the consumer and the user, in the knowledge that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
- The supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (such as hair removal products, straightening irons, hair clippers, barbering products, dental care products, massagers, food processors, headsets or VR glasses).
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programmes which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the express prior agreement of the consumer and the user, in the knowledge that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
